By placing an order, customer agrees to be bound by the following policies:

ElectronicsNation.com reserves the right to refuse any sale.

Philips "Refurbished" products have been refurbished to Philips' quality standards, and may or may not have had one or more electrical and/or mechanical components replaced or repaired. Products are fully operational, and may or may not have cosmetic or appearance imperfections that in no way detract from the performance or safety of the product.  Minor imperfections should be expected, though most items look new or near-new. 

Customer accepts customer service via email only.  Customer will be available at email address provided at the time of order placement, or will notify Electronicsnation.com of alternate/changed email address.  ElectronicsNation.com is not responsible for correspondence not received due to email filters, spam blocking filters, or customer misspellings. 

You may browse the site without charge; however, when you place an order; we will bill you and you agree to pay all such charges.  Items shipping directly from the manufacturer will be billed at the time of purchase.  Items shipping from our warehouse will be billed when shipped.

All final purchases are dependent upon product availability. In the event a product goes out of stock prior to order receipt and processing, ElectronicsNation.com will advise the customer of stock outage.  

Inspect all items before accepting delivery.  By signing for the delivery, customer is stating item arrived in acceptable condition.  Damage must be reported within 14 days to be covered by shipping insurance.

All sales are final.  DOA items not refused at delivery will be remedied via warranty repair only, as will items with defects in function.  Price adjustments will only be made for new prices posted within 48 hours of purchase, or at our discretion.

Orders cancelled after being billed will only be refunded 95% of the original purchase price.

Orders cancelled after shipment will only be refunded 90% of the original purchase price. 

We will price-match to our competitors pricing in most cases.  Prices are matched based on total cost, including shipping and taxes.  Price matching is always done at our discretion, and on rare occasions we may choose not to match a price.  Price match must be requested before purchase.

By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
