Damaged items are returned at no cost to our customers.

I ordered a heavy item but have never received a freight shipment
before, what do I do?
Unlike
shipments delivered by UPS/FEDEX/DHL, freight shipments must be
signed for at the time of delivery. In addition, the item must be
inspected for damage at the time of delivery. Because there is
no way of knowing what happens to an Item after it is delivered,
freight carriers are only responsible for damage only if it is
discovered during inspection. After delivery, an item could be
dropped or damaged by the recipient (such as a TV falling from it''s
stand). For this reason, a freight shipment should only be accepted
once it has been thoroughly inspected for damage. At the time
of delivery, the driver should allow inspection in his/her presence,
although they may require you to sign and note "subject to
inspection" before opening the box. If any damage exists, tell
the driver that you want to "refuse" the shipment. The item
does not need to be tested, just inspected for damage that can be
seen on the outside of the unit. If an internal defect exists,
the warranty will cover such problems.
